Solar Power Assets, LLC Solar Power Assets (SPA) is committed to the rapid, massive, and innovative deployment of Grid available Solar Electricity generating facilities without incurring massive transmission costs and long time delays between investment and ROI. SPA plans to utilize a vast area that is already zoned and permitted for special projects, but has yet to be utilized for solar power generation. We call these concepts the Solar River, the Solar Highway and the Solar Farms. The electricity would typically be sold under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to Large Commercial campuses and to various electric utility providers for delivery to end users, and to meet the utility’s Renewable Energy Credit benchmarks. |
